Holiday Temptation

This is the time when Pumpkin Latte fills the air and the temperature drops leading to inactivity.  Don't loose focus.  The year is not over yet.  You can still meet the goals you have set for yourself and enjoy the celebrations with family and friends and home cooked meals.  Moderation is the key.  So one tip I can give is small meals on a saucer.  Ensure you eat every 2 to 2 1/2 hours (no longer than 3 hours between each meal) to ensure that your metabolism is ready for everything.
